The VS1-12 series Fixed Type 24KV/36KV Indoor Vacuum Circuit Breaker are three-phase AC, 50Hz, 12kV rated indoor switchgear. They are designed for control and protection in industrial and mining enterprises, power plants, substations, and electrical facilities, and are suitable for frequent operation. The operating mechanism is integrated with the circuit breaker body, allowing for either fixed installation or a trolley-type unit with a dedicated propulsion mechanism. The main circuit utilizes integrally sealed poles, resulting in a compact, highly reliable, and maintenance-free circuit breaker. They are compatible with center-mounted trolley-type switchgear such as the KYN28A-12 (GZS) series. The fixed version can also be used with XGN series fixed switchgear.

Operating Environment

• Ambient temperature: not higher than 40°C, not lower than -10°C (storage and transportation at -30°C permitted);

• Altitude: not higher than 1000m (if the altitude is increased, the rated insulation level will be increased accordingly);

• Relative humidity: daily average value not higher than 95%, daily average value of saturated vapor pressure not higher than 2.2kPa, monthly average value not higher than 1.8kPa;

• Seismic intensity: not higher than magnitude 8;

• Location free from fire, explosion, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, or severe vibration.
