Liugao is a 630A Indoor HV Vacuum Circuit Breaker supplier. VS1-24 series of indoor vacuum circuit breakers with embedded poles utilize an embedded pole design for the main conductive circuit. This innovative design significantly enhances insulation, mechanical reliability, and breaking performance, leading to a maintenance-free operation and an extended mechanical and electrical lifespan. The vacuum circuit breaker complies with both national and IEC standards, achieving a performance rating of M-E2-C2.

Designed for compatibility with switchgear like KYN28-24(GZS1), this product is suitable for fixed installations. The vacuum circuit breaker operates based on the principle that, when the moving and static contacts open through the operating mechanism, an arc is formed between them. The high-temperature volatilization of the contact surfaces generates a magnetic field, propelling the arc rapidly along the tangential direction of the contact surface. Metal vapor is condensed on a metal cylinder (shield), and the arc naturally extinguishes as it crosses zero, allowing the medium's strength to quickly recover.
