The 12kV, 24kV, 36kV Hv and Mv Side-Mounted Smart Vacuum Circuit Breaker for Switchgear is a core protection device in power distribution systems. It utilizes solid-pole technology to integrally cast the vacuum interrupter in epoxy resin, significantly enhancing insulation strength and pollution resistance. It also features a permanent magnetic operating mechanism for high-speed and reliable opening and closing operations. Its mainstream trolley-type structure seamlessly adapts to standard center-mounted switchgear models, such as the KYN28 and XGN models. It supports a rated current range of 630A to 3150A and interrupting current levels of 20kA to 40kA. Its compact design, maintenance-free operation, and excellent environmental adaptability make it widely applicable for the protection and control of transformers, motors, and capacitor banks in substations, industrial and mining power distribution, and large-scale building power supply scenarios.

• Altitude: not higher than 1000m (if the altitude is increased, the rated insulation level will be increased accordingly);

• Relative humidity: daily average value not higher than 95%, daily average value of saturated vapor pressure not higher than 2.2kPa, monthly average value not higher than 1.8kPa;

• Seismic intensity: not higher than magnitude 8;

• Location free from fire, explosion, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, or severe vibration.
