Liugao is a 24KV Indoor Type Disconnect Switch supplier.GN19-12/400, 630, 1000, 1250 type indoor disconnect switch features a conductive part secured to the base by two pillar insulators for each phase. (GN19-12C/400, 630, 1000, 1250 type has one pillar insulator and one porcelain casing insulator.) The three phases are arranged in parallel, and the conductive part comprises static contacts of contact knives and contact holders (or conductive rods). Each phase of the contact knife is connected to the middle of the tie insulator, with the tie insulator installed on the base of the spindle. The spindle is linked to the connecting rod (provided by the user) and CS6-1 type moving mechanism through the handle.

The connecting contact knife is constructed from two slotted copper plates, enhancing both the heat dissipation area and mechanical strength. This design lowers the bottom temperature and improves the dynamic stability of the indoor disconnecting switch. One end of the contact knife is fastened to the contact block (or on the conductive rod) using a bolt (car of Shaw). GN19-12/1000, 1250 features the installation of a magnetic locking plate, which serves to enhance attraction between the two groove contact knives during a large short-circuit current. GN19-12/400, 630 indoor disconnecting switches have a small limit through current, eliminating the need for a magnetic locking plate.
