LUGAO's LGFLN36-24 load switch is a vital device for protecting power systems, enabling timely response and protection in the event of a fault. Load switches are widely used in modern power systems. LUGAO manufactures these devices on a professional assembly line, ensuring monthly production meets the needs of customers worldwide.
The core of LUGAO's SF6 load switch lies in the excellent insulation and arc-extinguishing properties of SF6 gas. SF6 gas has extremely high insulation capacity under high voltage. This allows for a smaller break distance and a more compact overall device structure. When the switch interrupts current, an arc is generated between the moving and stationary contacts. SF6 gas decomposes under the high temperature of the arc, producing low-fluorine compounds. These compounds have a strong electronegativity and can quickly absorb free electrons to form negative ions. The migration speed of negative ions is very slow, making them extremely efficient in absorbing arc energy, extinguishing the arc quickly when the current crosses zero, and quickly restoring the dielectric strength. The operating mechanism typically uses a spring energy storage mechanism, which can be operated either electrically or manually, ensuring fast and reliable opening and closing operations.
High Safety: Fully sealed and insulated construction, with contacts housed in a sealed gas chamber, completely eliminates the risk of electric shock. The three-station design provides reliable grounding and ensures safe maintenance. SF6 gas is non-toxic and non-flammable, ensuring safe equipment operation.
High Reliability and Maintenance-Free: SF6 gas's excellent arc-extinguishing properties minimize contact wear and extend its electrical life. The sealed structure protects internal components from external environmental influences, making it suitable for harsh environments.
Compact Structure and Space-Saving: Due to the high insulation properties of SF6, the device is significantly smaller than air-insulated switchgear of the same voltage level, making it ideal for space-constrained locations such as indoor switchyards and box-type substations.
Environmentally Friendly and Low Noise: During operation, the arc is extinguished within the sealed gas chamber, resulting in no explosive sound and only a slight operating mechanism movement, resulting in extremely low noise levels.
