1000kw 1400kw Water Cooled Diesel Generator

The 1000kW-1400kW water-cooled diesel generator set is equipped with a turbocharged intercooled diesel engine and a high-pressure common rail fuel system. It precisely controls fuel injection and has a fuel consumption rate as low as 205g/kWh at rated power. The water cooling system integrates an intelligent temperature control module, equipped with a large-flow centrifugal water pump and a plate heat exchanger, which can maintain an optimal working water temperature of 85℃±5℃ at an ambient temperature of -35℃ to 55℃, ensuring that the 1400kW unit can run continuously for 12 hours without power attenuation. The engine cylinder is made of boron alloy cast iron, and the B10 life is up to 100,000 hours.

LUGAO uses high-quality steel materials on the base and integrates it into the bent steel thick plate, which can increase the service life of the oil tank. The addition of a multi-function LCD screen allows the operator to clearly see the various parameters and respond to the alarm in advance. It is easy to get started without complex training. The water-cooled diesel generator set is equipped with a fan and a safety shield, and is equipped with a closed integral water tank for effective heat dissipation.
