Lugao‘s GZDW series DC panel utilizes nickel-cadmium batteries, a float charger, and is equipped with an automatic detection and alarm system. It features long service life, zero pollution, easy maintenance, stable voltage, ultra-low internal resistance output, high current surge resistance, strong adaptability, and high reliability. It is an ideal DC operating power supply for a wide range of applications, including substations and power plants up to 500kV. It can also be used in metallurgy, mining, petroleum, radio and television, computer rooms, subways, and high-rise buildings, serving as a DC control, signal power supply, power-off protection, and circuit breaker operating mechanism opening and closing power supply.
• Microcomputer-controlled dual AC input with automatic switching;
• Automatic detection, display, and alarm protection for AC input overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and phase/zero loss;
• The charging and float charging units utilize intelligent high-frequency switching rectifier modules with N+1 redundant phase combination, automatic current sharing, and hot-swap capability;
• The battery equalization and float charging processes automatically switch between each other, and the system operates normally according to computer settings. Grid disconnection and power restoration procedures enable intelligent battery equalization and floating charge management.
• In the event of a microcomputer control device failure or an erroneous control command, the charging module enters autonomous operation, outputting a factory-set safety voltage to ensure system reliability.
• The intelligent four-remote control system provides detailed communication protocols for AC input, DC output, battery circuits, and expanded environmental monitoring, and features an intelligent interface for communication with the substation's integrated automation system.
