What are the different types and designs of MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear?

2025-08-15

Lugao's MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear frame utilizes C-shaped material with a 25mm module, which is connected through connectors to form a variety of cabinet structures and drawer units to meet various needs. The MCC cabinet utilizes high-strength, flame-retardant engineering plastic components for enhanced safety. Furthermore, the function panels are modified from foreign models and combined with a 200mm module, making it more suitable for mixed PC and MCC cabinet designs. The withdrawable units and cabinet body feature a reliable interlocking device to prevent load switching when the switch is energized, enhancing safety. The cabinet is generally assembled from cold-rolled steel plates after passivation treatment, but aluminum-zinc-coated steel plates can also be used according to user requirements.

Switchgear Types

1. Receiving and Bus-Binding Cabinets

Various domestic and international frame-type circuit breakers, such as the RMW1, CW1, NA1, DW45, CDW7, MT, and E series, are used as the main switch to provide receiving or bus-binding functions. 2. Power Center Cabinet (PC)

Power distribution utilizes various types of domestic and international cabinet-mounted circuit breakers, such as the DW45, NA1, CDW7MT, and E-series.

3. Motor Control Center (MCC)

Composed of large and small drawers, each circuit's main switch utilizes a high-breaking-capacity molded case circuit breaker or a rotary load switch with fuses.

4. Reactive Power Compensation Cabinet

• Drawer Type

Five sizes are available, all based on an 8E (200mm) height. The modular design allows for an effective component installation height of 1800mm, resulting in a more streamlined and aesthetically pleasing overall cabinet layout. •8E/4: 4 drawer units assembled in parallel within a space measuring 200mm high, 150mm wide, and 400mm deep

•8E/2: 2 drawer units assembled in parallel within a space measuring 200mm high, 300mm wide, and 400mm deep

•8E: 1 drawer unit assembled within a space measuring 200mm high, 600mm wide, and 400mm deep

•16E: 1 drawer unit assembled within a space measuring 400mm high, 600mm wide, and 400mm deep

•24E: 1 drawer unit assembled within a space measuring 600mm high, 600mm wide, and 400mm deep
