The main circuit plan of GCS cabinet has 32 groups and 118 specifications, excluding the plans and specifications derived from the changes in the control and protection of auxiliary circuits. It includes the needs of power generation, power supply and other power users, with a rated working current of 5000A, suitable for the selection of distribution transformers of 2500kVA and below. Capacitor compensation cabinets are designed to meet the needs of power supply and use to improve the power factor, and reactor cabinets are designed to consider the needs of comprehensive investment.
There are 120 auxiliary circuit plans in the GCS auxiliary circuit atlas. The auxiliary circuit plan of the DC operation part is mainly used for the low-voltage plant (station) system of power plant substations. It is suitable for the low-voltage plant system of 200MW and below and 300MW and above units, the general control mode of the working (standby) power supply line, power feeder and motor feeder.
The auxiliary plan of the AC operation part is mainly used for the low-voltage system of substations in factories, mines, enterprises and high-rise buildings. There are 6 combinations suitable for dual power supply operation control. There is no operation electrical interlock standby automatic throw, self-recovery and other control circuits, which can be directly used in engineering design.
The DC control power supply is DC 220V or 110V, and the AC control power supply is AC 380V or 220V. It is a complete cabinet composed of drawer units. The 220V control power supply is derived from the public control power supply powered by the dedicated control transformer in this cabinet. The public control power supply uses an ungrounded control transformer, and a 24V power supply is reserved for use when weak current signal lights are needed.
The installation location of the watt-hour meter, the introduction method of the voltage signal and other installation and use requirements are detailed in the "Preparation Instructions" of the auxiliary circuit diagram.
In order to improve the dynamic thermal stability of the busbar and improve the temperature rise of the contact surface, all equipment uses TMY-T2 series hard copper busbars. The copper busbars are full-length tin-plated, and full-length silver-plated copper busbars can also be used. The horizontal busbar and the vertical busbar are installed in the busbar isolation room in the cabinet respectively. The neutral grounding busbar uses a hard copper bar. The horizontal neutral grounding wire (PEN) or grounding + neutral wire (PE+N) is connected.
In order to improve the dynamic stability of the main circuit, the GCS series special combined busbar clamps and insulation supports are designed. They are made of high-strength, flame-retardant synthetic pillow materials with high insulation strength, good self-extinguishing performance and unique structure.
In order to reduce the temperature rise of the partitions, plug ins and cable heads of the functional units, the GCS cabinet special adapter is designed. The adapter has a large capacity and a low temperature rise.
If the design department selects new electrical components with better performance and more advanced technology according to user needs, the GCS series cabinets have good versatility and will not cause difficulties in manufacturing and installation due to the updated electrical components.
