High-voltage switchgear gas-insulated type SRM

The SRM series SF6 gas fully insulated fully sealed metal-enclosed switchgear (C-GIS) is a new generation of miniaturized gas fully insulated products designed and developed by our company by absorbing advanced technologies at home and abroad. The product is an effective combination of fixed unit combination and flexible expansion, which is suitable for the requirements of ring network distribution or user terminals, and meets the needs of various secondary substations for flexible use of compact switchgear. The equipment has three rated voltage levels of SRM-12KV, SRM-24KV, and SRM6-40.5KV (please refer to the product details page for more detailed introduction), which complies with international standards such as IEC 62271, IEC 60420, etc.

Product features:

1. Fully insulated and fully sealed design

The primary live parts of the NG7 series switchgear are completely sealed in a sealed gas box welded with stainless steel plates. The inlet and outlet lines are connected through fully insulated, fully sealed, shielded cable connectors. The gas box has an inflation pressure of 0.04Mpa and a protection level of IP67. The product can operate in harsh environments such as high altitude, high salt fog, heavy pollution, and humidity.

2. Standard modular design, flexible expansion, and convenient combination.

The product has a high degree of standardization and adopts a modular design scheme, which is flexible and fast to combine. The gas box unit can be expanded arbitrarily on the left and right, and a variety of unit combinations can be achieved through special busbar connectors to meet the diverse power distribution needs of users to the maximum extent.

3. Advanced welding and sealing technology

The stainless steel plates of the gas box body are all laser cut and welded by ABB welding robots to fully ensure the dimensional accuracy and welding quality of the plates. The assembled gas box adopts isobaric vacuuming and helium leak detection technology to ensure that the annual leakage rate of the gas box is less than 0.01%.

4. Intelligent online monitoring and protection solutions can be realized.

The switchgear can be connected to the automation system through the communication network to realize the remote control, telemetry and telesignaling functions of the switch cabinet. It can also realize the functions of fault isolation, recovery and network reconstruction of the distribution network.

5. Application scheme of special cable branch box

Due to the increasing application of distributed ring network switch stations, the NG7 series switchgear is specially equipped with a solution that the busbar can be connected to the left and right through the bushing. It is suitable for cable branch boxes with one or more load switches to provide users with flexible and economical power distribution solutions.

6. Friendly user interface and perfect "five-protection" design scheme

The switchgear can be operated manually or electrically, and the operation process is simple and reliable. The overall structural design has a perfect "five-protection" interlocking design to ensure operational safety. The equipment is widely used. In urban power grids, it is suitable for central high-voltage distribution systems, saving land and improving power supply reliability. In substations, it is common in various types, especially underground and compact substations.
